FLU ALERT - MAINTAIN A HEALTHY IMMUNE SYSTEM

"Influenza has officially reached epidemic proportions in the United States, with 7.3 percent of deaths last week caused by pneumonia and the flu, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Jan 11, 2013.

Tens of thousands of Americans die every year from flu, even in non-epidemic years. The CDC has yet to report a definitive count of the total number of deaths due to flu this year.

You can only "catch" the Flu" when your immune system is weak.

STRESS B COMPLEX - a dosage of 100-200mg. capsules two times per day taken with food not liquids. The B complex is a blend of most of the B vitamins not just one like B12. The body must have sufficient doses of all the B vitamins to ward off or prevent stress: physically, mentally and emotionally. Fruit juice lacks fiber, thus the concentrated (natural) occurring sugar will be stressful to your health. Reduce or completely avoid fruit juices unless they sufficiently diluted with water. Eat fruits rather than drinking fruit juices.

DAIRY Products - preferably consume small servings; body immune system stronger without dairy. Daily consumption can lead to diarrhea, constipation or headaches.

WHEAT, CORN or WHITE flour processed products (breads, cereals, chips, pasta, etc.) can generate difficult digestion and elimination. Never consume white flour products. Consume whole wheat or corn products as near to their natural state rather than highly processed when possible; eat in moderation and limit consumption preferably to once or twice a day.
